International shipping and conditions

These terms and conditions are valid from 23th of April 2019.

 

 

We are shipping now to these countries below. You can also see the estimated shipping time for each country. The calculation starts when your order is being shipped forward from Finnish post office. You can also see the price for standard shipping. At the moment we only offer standard shipping internationally with Finnish post office Posti that is delivering international parcel together with DHL and Bring.

We are not responsible for any extra fees from your countrys customs nor any delays on your parcel for that matter. Please contact your local customs for more information.

 

If your order returns to us because it couldn't be delivered or you didn't picked it up from your local post office we will cancel your order once it comes back to us. We will be deducting the real fees that you order costed to us (both shipping and returning fee, payment fees, packing fees) from the refund amount. The rest will be refunded to you credit card that your used for the payment.

 

 

At the moment you can use only credit cards to make your payment for international orders. The payments will be processed in safe Paytrail by Nets-payment environment. All payments will be charged in euros.

 

 

Product that you ordered is not great fit?

 

You have 14days to return your order to us to get a refund. That 14days is counted from the moment you get your parcel. You need to make return notification from the website within that 14days. The order needs to be returned to us in timely manner. We do not accept any returns after 14days.

 

In international orders you need to pay the return shipping fee yourself but there are not any other fees to return your order. You need to keep the receipt with the return shipping tracking number as long as your return is processed.

 

Please note that you are responsible on packing the return parcel properly that the items doesn't get harmed during the shipping. The products also must the unworn, tags attached and intact and clean.

 

Once your return parcel has reached us, we will process it within 2-4 business days and you will receive an refund notification from us and also from Paytrail about refunding your money to your credit card.

We will be processing all the orders within 1-2business days from when you placed your order.

 

When making a purchace with us you accept all these terms and conditions. You are responsible about providing us your correct email address and phone number for delivery.

 

At the moment all the email notifications about your order are in Finnish only.
